Author Contributions

All authors were involved with the management of the patient. RCWM and CCC enrolled the patient. RCWM, KHY, EHCW, KHL, and JYSC collected and analyzed the data. KHY and EHCW conducted and interpreted the autonomic function test. KHL performed ultrasound examinations on the patient. RCWM and CSC were both involved directly in the patient's management and the decision to write up the case.
